Mike, your initiative in offering suggestions and changes to our ideas and the flexibility built into your many product offerings made the difficult task of a major kitchen remodel both manageable and enjoyable. While you may have had other tasks to complete during our remodel, I was always made to feel as though you were only concerned about my needs. Joe was particularly impressed that you did not pressure us into a down payment or contract before we had the chance to select the proper cabinet type and finish. All of the other vendors used high-pressure sales tactics.
Many, many thanks once again for your enthusiasm and patience in dealing with my indecisiveness. I know it meant multiple trips to my home and additional time spent making selections.
